Shipping and delivery

All items are on pre-order. Shipping is estimated to start in February 2026, though the timeline is subject to change due to delays outside of the team’s control. Production will start once pre-orders close, and updates will be shared on our social media platforms. 

Digital items will be sent out to buyers after physical shipping has begun, not automatically.

Items will be shipped from the United States and the United Kingdom. 

To update your shipping address, please email us at [email protected] with the name you placed your order under and order number, which can be found on your receipt. Before shipping begins, a last call for address updates will be emailed to all buyers and give everyone one week to update their address. After that week, changes to shipping addresses may not be made.

The team is not responsible for loss of package due to a failure to update shipping address. Should it be returned to the shipping mod, shipping costs will have to be paid again, and customers may be responsible for additional re-delivery fees
